Terms of Use
A few practical details about buying and using VibePause.
Last updated September 9, 2026
1. Operator and licence
VibePause is provided by J&L Serverid OÜ. Company details and registered address.
Your app licence is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms explain VibePause-specific use and support. Applicable Apple account, parental-consent and licensing requirements apply; VibePause imposes no separate minimum age. The App Store content rating describes content suitability, not contractual capacity.
2. Purchase and consumer rights
VibePause is a one-time paid Mac App Store download. One purchase includes every current feature. The price, currency, taxes and availability shown by Apple at purchase apply.
Apple processes payments and refund requests. See how to request an Apple refund. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective digital content and remedies available under applicable law.
3. Using VibePause
VibePause provides break reminders, guided breaks, a manual focus timer and local activity history. Automatic session timing uses foreground app identity and idle signals; it does not identify what you are doing inside an app or monitor individual background agent jobs.
Notifications and optional Input Monitoring are managed in macOS settings. Optional city context uses Apple online services. Keep your Mac and the app updated, and use the app lawfully under the Apple licence.
4. Privacy and local data
See the Privacy Policy for local storage, optional analytics and provider processing. You can export supported data, clear local records or perform a full reset in Settings → Privacy. Removing the app alone does not guarantee erasure of stored data, exports or backups.
5. General wellness guidance
Break prompts are general productivity and wellness suggestions. VibePause is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, ergonomic or occupational advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a condition. Stop an activity that causes discomfort and seek qualified advice for persistent symptoms.
6. Updates and responsibility
Features may change through app updates, subject to the Apple licence and applicable consumer law. Online services such as weather depend on provider availability. Keep separate copies of exported information you want to retain.
Warranty and liability provisions in the Apple licence apply subject to mandatory law. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Governing law and help
These supplementary terms are governed by Estonian law without limiting mandatory protections in your country. For app help, visit Support. For legal questions, email [email protected].
